COVID-19 Protocols

Our top priority is the health and safety of attendees, sponsors, and staff. With this in mind, we have established the following protocols for all in-person events during the Covid-19 pandemic:

  • Attendees will be required to wear a mask
  • Wellness checks for all attendees, staff, and sponsors including temperature checks
  • Hand sanitizing stations located throughout the venue
  • Audio visual safety measures for use of microphones and equipment

In addition to following state guidelines where an event is located, we will also abide by federal and CDC guidelines (or other foreign guidelines outside the U.S.) to create a safe environment.

As a complement to our in-person events, we also offer a Livestream of all conferences to attendees unable to participate in person. Attendees who are interested in the Livestream option still need to register for the event as a paid attendee.
