Refunds

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the first scheduled day of the conference are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee, issued to the original form of payment.

Credits (Inside 30 Days)

Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the start of the conference are not eligible for a refund. Instead, the full amount paid (less the 10% processing fee) will be issued as a credit toward a future DealFlow Events conference. Credits are valid for 12 months from the start date of the original conference.

Transfers / Substitutions

Registrations are transferable at no additional charge to another person within the same organization. Transfer requests must be made in writing or by phone no later than one (1) day prior to the start of the conference.

No-Shows

Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

DealFlow Events may modify conference dates, location, speakers, or format (including transitioning to virtual or hybrid). If a conference is canceled in full and not rescheduled, our liability is limited to a refund of the registration fee paid, minus the 10% processing fee. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.

Travel & Accommodation

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements, including any related cancellation fees.
